Japanese company looks for composers for Royalty Free Library CDs targeting TV, films, Theater, Radio, wedding video, amature video etc. Payment is pay-per-sales (sorry, no in advance).

Do you realize what they're asking?? The linked page says:
1. They will pay 100 Yen per short song, 200 Yen per long song. As of today, October 31, 100 Janpanese Yen is 0.72 Euro! Or or 0.86 Us Dollars.
2. Their contract gives them ALL rights to the song.
So, they are asking people to sign away their songs - including all rights! - for less than a buck!!!
I suggest not doing it.
